For Father’s Day 2005, Dallin got me a helmet for my bike. Now at least my head will be protected. For more information see my most recent podcast (removed).

AirCon for the wise…er cheap

As someone with an interest in conservation, not the psycho hang out in a tree to prove my point conservation, but the kind that says “use what you need and don’t waste for the sake of being lazy or downright stupid,” I chuckled to see this post at Boing Boing on how to kill two birds.

Lights, Camera, Action

I have just begun reading Call to Action: Secret Formulas to Improve Online Results by Bryan & Jeffrey Eisenburg. Although I’m only on page 15, I feel compelled to share a review of the book because it is so simple to follow.

Having been in the industry for several years now I recognize a lot of things that newbies may not understand immediately, but with a little time and thought, anyone can use this book to their advantage.

As I work on making BridesClub.com a multi-customer friendly site (wedding professional & brides-to-be) I see where the difficulties come in by trying to please everyone. But, by following along in this book I can build a better mousetrap as I go rather than look back and realize all of my mistakes.

To anyone with a website (business or personal) I recommend this book.

My Southpark Character is Ready

Thanks to Elke and Planearium, my character is now ready for Southpark.

  • The headphones represent my recent interest in podcasting
  • The pajama top because I often work in my pajamas in the morning
  • The gloves because I wear them when I ride my bicycle
