Thanks to Janet the Newspapergrl, Google’s Dynamic Keywords Insertion is easy.

I’m always looking at job postings, even when I’m fully employed. It gives me a sense of what’s going on in the market and how things are being billed, what others are paying employees, etc.

However, when I came across this listing yesterday, I couldn’t believe how ridiculous it was. For those who don’t look carefully, it sounds great, but there is no mention of the company, the reply email address is a generic Yahoo account, and they’re asking for a “detailed game plan for directing traffic to the main product site.” Yeah right. You want me to tell you exactly how to do my job. The simple fact that they name how they’re hoping to attract links (create a Hype/Buzz on the Web via Forums, blogs, E-mails, Link/Banner Exchanges, Classified Ads, Shopping Malls, Newsletters, Press Releases, SEO?s etc.) tells you they are just looking for SEO’s to “apply for the job” and in the meantime tell them what they don’t know.

The following is a job posting that was on SLC Craigslist:
