Tonight was an impromptu geek dinner at Applebees in Draper, Utah.

It was pretty well attended considering it was last minute and on the wrong day of the month.

Geek Dinner details:

  • Every 4th Thursday of the month
  • At Applebees in Draper, UT
  • Everyone welcome, preferably geeks, bloggers, and those interested in the subject

Tonight we had a great discussion about advertising. Is it a business model? I believe it is. It’s been proven for years. However, a website should not rely solely on advertising and one must be cautious in how they use advertising on their site.
