So it’s been a few weeks since my first twitter review and it’s gotten some pretty good traffic since I’m ranked at 2 or 4 (for: twitter review) depending on which Google server you see.

I’m completely on board with twitter now. My wife hates twitter.

A new phone that can handle 5,000 texts a month and unlimited Internet connection so I can blog from the phone or connect it to my laptop for improved typing performance gives me full access to my network whether I’m working, traveling, out to lunch ;-), or waiting in line for just about anything… the store, doctor, tanning (which was done directly from my new phone), etc.

I love twitter. But keep in mind that until March 22, 2007 I had never even sent a single text message. I had no need until then. Now I’m nearing the 300 mark for outgoing texts and roughly 1800 inbound texts.

I’ve strengthened several friendships over twitter because you get to know people by what they write. And, I’ve got some great twitter friends even if we disagree about things sometimes. ;-) Not really it’s more like friendly jesting.

I highly recommend twitter to anyone who wants to keep in touch because it’s the opposite of a time-waster, as many think. Try it and you’ll see why so many people call themselves twits.
